Darian Toms John Muir

My presentation was about a man named John Muir who was a famous conservationist as well as a naturalist. He was known for his famous articles and books on the environments he explored. His writings showed  visual pictures as if you were actually there. It was because of him along with the help from a few others why we have some of our National Parks. He was considered the father of the National Park Systems. Muir wanted to protect the environment from people who wanted to harm it. He felt as though nature should be left as it is and changed which is why he formed organizations to do so. This man was one of the biggest inspirations of his time when it came to the environment. He showed true dedication and we should have more people like him.
