We,
as a class, probably have a lot of different views about what the natural world
is meant to do for us and what it is meant to be for our planet. For
instance, some people feel that everything in nature is at humans' disposal and
we should take whatever we want, however we want. Others feel that nature
is to be cherished and protected, as it contains many life forms. There
are so many points of view.
What is yours? You may find that your point of view is influenced by political, religious, or cultural beliefs and practices, and that is fine. Your comment should clearly communicate your beliefs and why you believe them. Always proofread, spellcheck, and read over your post aloud with a friend to make sure it makes sense.

Some people have different opinions on nature. Some people love its beauty while others cant stand it. Nature is something I see as very important as well as interesting. I feel as if nature needs to be properly cared for. Nature goes beyond all of the buildings and skyscrapers we see daily. It acts as a shelter, food source, and a home to the many animals whom like in it and respect its ways. We need to respect nature as if it were our home. No matter the situation, when it comes to nature, it should be protected and looked highly upon.
ReplyDeleteI agree that nature is to be cherished and protected because I feel like there is a unique beauty in the atmosphere of a natural place such as a lake, river, beach, forest, etc. that is undervalued and taken for granted. I personally don't really care about some random caterpillar but I do think that it is important not to interfere with the natural way of the world and that the natural world has many positive things to offer that humans sometimes don't care about. I think that the expansion of the industrial world is doing a lot of damage to the environment but what do I know.Overall, I would say that I barely know anything about nature and the potential threats to nature but I do think that the natural world is meant to do a lot for us and that we will be missing out on a lot if we lose touch of the natural world.
ReplyDeleteEverybody has a different point of view in the nature of our world. The earth and environment we live in is a beautiful place and we should learn to cherish and protect it. There are a numerous resources that come from our environment. We all want to live a long and healthy life. We think too much about ourselves and not much about the big picture. The resources we have are rapidly decreasing because of the amount of people that are using them on a daily. Not only here in the United States but in the whole wide world! We all have a favorite type of animal, plant, and etc. The more we protect our environment, the more we can see our favorite animals and plants. Simply picking up garbage, riding a bike, or even telling another to do the same can benefit the environment as whole. Nature around us is beautiful, we should all protect and cherish it in order to get the maximum benefit from it because if we do not, sooner or later it will all be gone.
ReplyDeleteThose "some people" who feel that everything in nature is at human's disposal and they could just take whatever they want and however they want, do not understand that the many life forms that live in the natural world are the reason why the natural world is the way it is. All beautiful looking and all full of life. I am on the felling of nature being cherished and protected, because it is where some of our life saving medicine has came about, where most of those some people do not realize this and just want to tear it all up and start to make businesses or some kind of pollution that will destroy the nature. Which is happening today in these past years and no one is taking a stand to stop those mindless and uncaring people. The natural world is to stay beautiful looking and with full of life.
ReplyDeleteNature is interpreted and seen in the eyes of many as raw and wild that its not important. Personally to me it is fascinating and also the roots that as humans we have developed from. It is very intriguing how nature or life is held in an ecosystem through the food cycle and how each plant and animal contributes to keeping sustainable life on earth. For example, plants convert carbon dioxide to oxygen and some are very nutritious food sources for many animals. Furthermore, without one family or species of life on earth many other species would suffer. All life is very fragile and dependent on other life in addition to its environment. Life depends their specific climate, environment, and ecosystems to thrive but by pollution of air and water, introducing invasive species, and by over killing for food we humans are destroying nature and causing problems for our life on earth. Thats why it is so important that we clean up after ourselves and conserve earth so that all life can continue save the endangered animals. This will make it possible for our kids and grandkids and many future generation to live and explore the same wildlife and nature as we are.
ReplyDeleteNature is something that people shouldn't take lightly. It is what keep us living everyday. The people who believe that nature is just there for them to do whatever they desire. They are the ones ruining it. Everything in nature has a role, whether small or big it still makes a difference. There are still things we have not yet discovered that nature has to offer. If nature is not protected, then it will remain undiscovered.
ReplyDeleteI honestly feel that we, as a human race, should take advantage of the things that nature has given to us. However, I do believe that we should also control the amount of resources we consume because they will eventually all run out. The constant dissipation of the world's resources is very harmful to the environment and can lead to a complex future for every species on Earth or even worse, extinction.
ReplyDeleteI personally believe that the world we are living in now, is depleting generation by generation. The only people we can blame, are ourselves. For centuries we have been cutting down trees & not making use for the trees we've cut. I have heard of many places "making more room" or "making more space" for a company that does not even get built. Construction workers tear these trees apart for spaces that do not get used. We are not aware of many pollutions that affect us everyday. We are not even warned about these pollutions. It is mind boggling that we as a human race cannot get together and find solutions to these pollutions. As our world gets older, it's becoming harder and harder for humans to live on, but not only humans, animals more importantly. Polar bears and tigers are now very close to extinction due to our wrong doings. I believe that keeping the natural beauty of the Earth is more important than any other global problem we face as a human race. We must come together & unite to help stop pollution.
ReplyDeleteI think nature brings lots of things to this world. Without nature there won't be any life in the world. I think we as humans have a big influence in the world and we have the freedom to make our own decisions. Some of those decisions affect the nature, and other living creatures as well. Now days the humans are noticing the change in nature, and they are starting to regret. The world will not function without the nature, I think the people that have control of that should be able to protect it and make sure it does not affect anything, in other words, take care of the nature. People should take advantage of the things that nature brings to the world, but if the humans are damaging it, there will not be any good consequence.
ReplyDeleteI believe that nature is something that has more power that humans because nature was here way longer than us humans who destroy habitats. Nature is something that should be a resource not a buffet where you waste what you don't want. Personally I want to preserve nature because nature is my comfort zone where I unwind. I love to hike fish and bike through the woods and when it is not taken care of it becomes deserted and not people friendly or animal friendly.
ReplyDeleteI feel as if nature has its own element. In our world we see things in nature that we don't ever appreciate because we never think that they will ever go away, but a lot has changed since this has happened. The world has been threatening mother nature without even realizing it. Instead of trying to preserve the wonderful gifts that God has given us, people just see these national landmarks as a way to make a quick profit that would only profit off of them. I appreciate all the special landmarks that the world has offered us. Instead of working together to help preserve the landmarks in order for our descendants to see them, businessmen only try to a quick buck to benefit them.
ReplyDeleteNature, in my eyes, will always be cherished in the world. You have things like national parks, the Grand Canyon, and even the blossom trees in Newark that are important to this society. In my opinion, the community is starting to deface nature. This ties with the lab because when people litter, they sometimes litter in grass or by tress which cause the tree to look bad to everybody else walking around or visiting the area. So with that being sad, nature is very important to the world so if we mess it up, then we will not have those parks or trees or even exotic animals. It is up to us, the people to make sure Nature sticks around for the more years to come.
ReplyDeleteI believe that the natural world is not just for humans but its for every living organism to share. From the smallest insect to the largest mammal, we all live in this world together. As humans I believe that it is our responsibility to preserve this world so that everything may benefit from it.
ReplyDeleteBoth of the examples used can describe how I feel about the environment. We, human beings, wouldn't be able to survive without the plentiful amount of resources it provides. Yet, we can not destroy the ecosystem while doing so. There are other creatures that use the environment for their own needs. We can share without hurting their habitats and forcing them to relocate. In closing, when taking advantage of the resources available, we should always keep the well-being of other creators and the planet itself.
ReplyDeleteI really do believe that nature should be cherished because it is a gift from God. As someone who has faith I believe that we should cherish and not take for granted the gifts we are given. I also believe that we should cherish nature and our surroundings because if we don't and we lose it, we will not have anything else to turn to in terms of resources.
ReplyDeleteI believe that nature should be cherished and protected because we as humans are not the only life forms on earth. Animals and plants also live on earth but they can't protect the earth alone. We as humans take the earth for granted very often, but if nature is not protected then it will become hard to live on. Since we humans benefit from the earth, we should protect it and defend the animals and plants that live on it.
ReplyDeleteI feel like nature has its own style. Every tree is different from another tree and everything is just so originally made. We need nature for a couple of reasons. The first is that we need oxygen. Second, everything is so well done. No one can create something like it. Lastly, nature is something that is beautiful even if there are insects. What would happen to those insects if we don't have nature? They will be extinct! Without insects, who knows what can happen. Maybe there will be a big change in our world, and maybe there won't be a change at all.
ReplyDeleteYes I do think that nature should be cherished and protected because God was the one to create this world. Because some cultures do not have a good place to live , we should be happy that we live in America.
